Oh, I just had to wake up on Thanksgiving morning and share with you my favorite stretch! Â I do this stretch on a regular basis, but it is extra special on Thanksgiving! Â If I was a turkey, I would be ruffling my feathers and going into a Turkey Dance with this Gobbly good stretch called the Turkey Shrug!! Â This is a stretch perfect for the wild animals and it really works your muscles!! Â It gets into your upper traps, neck, and chin! Â It prevents neck wrinkles and I have given this stretch to clients that had a double chin and their double chin started to disappear after only a month of doing this exercise once a day!! Â You just do 1-3 sets once a day or a couple times a week to reap the results!

This stretch is for everyone who stood in the kitchen for hours cooking Thanksgiving dinners. In this season of Thanksgiving I am feeling very grateful for having the opportunity to share my passion of stretching with you. When I started teaching my massage clients to stretch I learn quickly that the stretch had to be really effective quickly.
