Alicia Concluded her 17 Day Track to producing Champions on November 11, 2017, where young men from the Champion Circle Program awaited to do a 45 minute “Mystery Activity.” They were surprised that they competed in a self-esteem booster known as an Archery Fitness Challenge where they officially became ARCHER ATHLETES!! They worked on many skills and excelled in their activity in a timely manner. They learned that in order to develop self-esteem they need to do something and accomplish something. They were all Champions to learn new skills and complete this challenge in only 45 minutes!!

Archery Fitness Challenge Self-Esteem Booster

Alicia Weber re-set her own world record in the 30 minutes of shoulder-width grip chin ups on November 7, 2017, when she did more than 500 (over 50 reps over her previous world record set back on August 10, 2012). She gains great self-esteem when she is able to set, re-set, and re-set her longer more arduous records.

Alicia Weber breaks another record with over 500 reps of proper form chin-ups in 30 minutes!

Alicia captured her 118th overall victory on November 4th, 2017, when she ran a 5k race on packed-sand to raise funds for pediatric cancer. She was over-joyed by the wonderful environment, friends, and new friendly people (and Sandhill Cranes) she met at the event. She had a runner’s high and self-esteem high that day!

October 26 – October 31

Nineteen of Alicia’s Archer Athletes would agree that success is achieved in self-esteem building activities. They all took the Qigong Halloween Archery Challenge. Three Teams qualified for the event and they finished in a Wicked Witch nail-biting close match as they took shots to ghost and pumpkin targets.

Top Shots from the Halloween Challenge

Finally, a Big Fan of many years challenged Alicia to an isometric shoulder exercise. Alicia took in the suggestion and created a new type of isometric strength and endurance challenge for Halloween 2017 involving holding two bows and doing lunges on a BOSU. The video reached 2,000+ views in just a few days and has become one of her most popular challenges for this year. Success comes from self-esteem and achievements, which makes people feel secure. Great Achievements make people popular!!!

Alicia’s Halloween Isometric Bow Arm Lunge BOSU Balance Challenge

Last but not least, in order to celebrate Halloween in style, World Record Weber Wonder Woman performed a new Feats of Strength Compilation. She had such a natural high from self-esteem that she had to do a little extra in her cape.

Count Down to Fall Archery Fitness League

By Alicia Weber

Alicia Weber officially becomes a 1,000 Time Recordsetter this summer!

As the long-awaited, and highly-anticipated fall archery fitness season is only days away from starting, we will have a glance at my 2017 summer endeavor highlights below.

I made a fantastic get-a-way trip to Kauai during July! I got into my creative mode and did a lot of Improv comedy as World Record Weber and Audrey Athletica on this trip as I produced my Kauai Adventures video below.

I awoke each day to the sounds of the ocean and roosters and became inspired to make a relaxation audio ocean poetry CD with 36 poems (the same ones in my first book I wrote called, “Wild Under the Waves” when I was sixteen). This ocean animal package is now available. Contact me if interested at Awinningway@gmail.com

When I returned back to the mainland I was in La La Land for a couple weeks still thinking and feeling like I was in Kauai. Many people were waiting upon my arrival to get back into the swing of fitness, which made me happy! I brought back the Archery Scavenger Hunt Race, which has been highly rated as at top event. This year marked the 2nd Annual event where two records were set!

2nd Annual Archery Scavenger Hunt Race

Of course, I have been very busy with intense training and record breaking. I finally broke a very tough ab record that I have been trying to re-set for 3 years!!
Can you guess what the ab record might be? Well, I broke the record by 100 reps!! Find Out, See below…

On August 21, 2017, RecordSetter announced that I am an official 1,000 Time Physical Fitness World Record Setter when there was the rare solar eclipse—talk about perfect, hot-to-trot timing!!

Below are some of her her select Official Recordsetter World Records that fans call “Super Endurance Feats” of 2016.

TOP 6 SELECT SUPER ENDURANCE FEATS OF 2016

SHOWN ABOVE #1 This is probably the most talked about Super Endurance Feat of 2016: The Most Non-Stop Combinations of Leg Lifts and Straight Leg Holds (2,030 leg lifts and 34 minutes of straight leg holds)

SHOWN BELOW #2 After setting and re-setting the 1 hour of pull-up world record over the past 8 years, Weber performed the most pull-ups ever in one hour (out of men and women) with 1,070 strict pull-ups in one hour.

SHOWN BELOW #3 Longest Swiss Ball Cadence Test (31 minutes)

SHOWN BELOW #4 Fastest Time to Complete 300 Thick Bar Pull-ups and run a one mile cross country run (30:46.7) The heat made this record tough…it was 100 degrees out and tough to hold onto the pull-up bar after awhile as skin came off the fingers from the heat.

SHOWN BELOW #5 She smashed the former record by 145 reps!!! The Most 90 Degree Flexed Hang Knee to Elbow Raises in 30 mionutes (620 reps)

SHOWN BELOW #6 This might be more challenging than the above ab exercise even though it is just 15 minutes. This video has the most views out of all six videos. It gives a major burn!!! The Most Consecutive Decline Locked Finger Pushups in 15 Minutes (205 pushups)

Records Shattered and Families Amused by Unique Clermont Event

By Alicia Weber

CLERMONT, FL—-This week was highly exciting for me both personally and professionally. First, I pulled off an enormous endurance feat I have been eyeing since first grade…(and seriously training 8 1/2 years to finally be able to do…). I became the first person to complete 1,070 strict pull-ups in one hour, which brings my physical fitness world record count to 835 this week (btw 2 WR books). Four days after this feat, I was holding my own unique event for others in my Bullseye Scavenger Hunt Series # 2 held in conjunction with Farmer’s Market.

There is always some nervousness with the anticipation of these events. I was blown away by the confidence and power exuded in my newest archer, Addie (who is 6 with only one lesson under her belt), when she powerfully shot out a few high scoring arrows in just the “warm up”. I knew a record was on the way…

Watch Addie Shatter Record

The youths understand that they may get nervous the first time they compete and their score may be lower than in practice. However, they know that practice ultimately leads to performance. In the 10 arrow 10 yard shoot for 4 minutes, I saw my seasoned archers do what they have done in practice and my newest archer did set a new record!

BullseyeScavengerHuntnumber2Addie, 6, set the record for the “Highest scorer in a 10 yard 10 arrow competition for 4 minutes from a youth age 6 or under with just one archery lesson” with her score of 9 points.

Ramsey of the Rising Underdogs won the boys archery competition with his score of 55 points (10 points away from the boys youth record). This was his first archery victory.

Nicole of the NS Archers won her first archery competition as well with her score of 74 points (12 points away from the girls youth record). Aisha of the Purple Pandas was following close behind with 72 points and she is currently the female leader in the Series Championship.

Onward, the archers went to Clermont Farmer’s Market for photographic scavenger hunt. It’s a great, fun opportunity to get locals acquainted with farmer’s market and all the vendors. The families work together to hunt down items. However, they not only look for interesting things or people, but they have to try to take the best pictures and complete the scavenger hunt in 20 minutes or less. The Photo Contest Winners are below. I look for close up, sharp, well-taken shots with good lighting and interesting angles.

2015 A Year of Career Bests for Alicia Weber: Welcome 2016!!

By Alicia Weber

As an elite athlete and fitness professional, I achieved my greatest successes to date in 2015 and I look forward to 2016 and helping others exceed their goals!

2015 A Year of Career Bests

Professionally, my career highlight came when I worked with Olympic and World Champion sprinters on their quest to make the 2015 World Championships, Pan Am Games, and World Relays Track and Field Teams. The athletes I worked with on P360 Pro Track Team earned many medals at these championships. I was the team licensed massage therapist and stretching coach.

As a world record holder, I set the most strength and endurance world records ever in one year – 220!! My previous best was 205 records in 2012. I am the world’s most prolific physical fitness world record holder. I realized in December that I had the chance to exceed 205 records and I aimed for 210.

I opened the new category – 30 Minute consecutive Spiderman Pushups at Recordsetter where I completed 511 reps on December 29.

On Christmas, I broke two challenging one arm pushup records (one of which took 5 attempts before re-setting it).

On the last day of the year, I attempted to reclaim my 3 minute arms held out deep squat record (which an ultra athlete Frenchman currently holds), but I fell short. However, I kept going to open some new categories. At the strike of midnight, I was overjoyed when I saw the realization that I exceeded my goal and set 220 records in one year!!

As an athlete, I finally won my first SUP race of my career in my 7th race! I took over 20 minutes off my 3 mile time and finished in 35 minutes in the intracoastal waterways of Englewood, Florida. I won my 3rd Beach Running Championship title in May and I became the only male or female to win the championship three times. I competed in three sports in 2015 (beach running (off terrain running), SUP racing, and fitness challenge events).

An exciting surprise opportunity came along in 2015, which also makes a career highlight for me. I went on my first show on National TV where I was a prop and I competed in a physical fitness obstacle course which involved a lot of rope climbing. I competed and used arms only climbing for the entire competition and it was discussed in the show.

Welcoming 2016, I look forward to the kids, adults, and seniors joining my archery fitness league, athletic camps, and clinics. I look forward to working with my new students in learning to stand up paddle board. I am looking forward to covering a lot of unique stories on this website in 2016 and offering innovative advertising and marketing services to those interested.

Happy New Year and Committed to Your Success,

Alicia Weber

Making Fitness Progress

By Weber Way to Wellness Reporter

Progress is progress no matter how big or small. Alicia Weber is all about setting goals and progressing. We will get to take a look at some of Alicia’s select Recordsetter World Records and review the progress she has made so far. The records may cover any of the following 5 areas of physical fitness: 1. Flexibility, 2. Balance/coordination/stability, 3. Cardio strength/endurance, 4. Muscular strength/endurance, and 5. core strength/endurance.

1. The 400 Rep Aerobic Capacity Wellness Challenge was developed by Alicia after studying and testing athletes to determine which aerobic-strength exercises were the most challenging, but also showed to improve one’s fitness the fastest. Out of the 580 world records, Alicia has set so far (as of 3/19/15) this record has held her highest heart rate the longest. This record covers all the five areas of physical fitness.

Progressions for the 400 Rep Aerobic Capacity Wellness Challenge

2. One Arm Hindu Basketball Pushups for consecutive reps is a very challenging record category, which requires one arm strength, balance, stability, and coordination. It took Alicia nearly 22 minutes to do the 111 consecutive slow reps, which was also a test in muscular endurance. Alicia re-set this record for the third time, but made a gigantic leap of progress from holding the record at 30 reps and jumping to 111 reps!!

Progressions for the One Arm Hindu Basketball Pushups

3. 100M Plyometric Alligator Pushup record for fastest time was ranked Alicia’s #1 Most intense record she set in the year 2012 (where she set 188 fitness records that year). One year later, Alicia re-set the record dropping more than 3 minutes off her time and she did not consider this record nearly as challenging the second time around as she did when she first set it – that is progress! This record tests cardio and muscular strength/endurance.

100m Plyometric Alligator Pushups Progressions

4. The 500m Dash Indoor row is an all out test in muscular and cardio strength. Alicia has competed in the Indoor Rowing World Qualifying Event for 4 years earning two silver medals and one bronze thus far. You can watch as she keeps getting faster and faster although progress is in smaller increments as in seconds and points of a second. Her fastest thus far was in 2014 where she did 1:46.3 (which was the 18th fastest time in the world in 2014 for lightweight women).

500m Indoor Row Progressions

5. The One Leg 500m Dash Indoor Row is similar to the standard 500m dash event except more challenging. This event tests cardio and muscular strength as well as balance/stability/coordination, and flexibility. There is much more conditioning required in the area of balance/stability and flexibility to execute a fast time in such a rare event. Alicia made incredible progress when she dropped 3 seconds in just 2 days to set and re-set the record! You can see the difference in the level of difficulty when comparing it to the above standard 500m indoor row. Her best so far is 2:06.8
