Double Holiday Championship Weekend

CENTRAL FLORIDA, Dec 10-11, 2016— Only the Top 22 – 26 percent of all archer-athletes qualified for the 2016 Championship Series. The athletes had to get down an array of athletic routines and skills involving sprinting, archery, volleyball, hand-eye coordination, jumping, and strength. One set of athletes competed in an Obstacle Championship, while another set of athletes competed in the Domino Archery Championship.

Alicia Weber sets records exclusively at Recordsetter where she is the most prolific female record holder and physical fitness record holder.  On October 26, 2016, she achieved setting 800 world records all in physical fitness at Recordsetter.

Alicia Weber has been raising the bar in physical fitness for over 20 years as she sets record after record, wins at sports, and develops a champion’s mindset in youths, young adults, and senior citizens alike in a variety of athletic endeavors. Each Year Weber takes her game to a new level.

One of her biggest fans has dubbed her feats of strength “Super Endurance Feats.” Alicia Weber smashed records in an unbelievable fashion this year with both mental and physical toughness. TOP 6 SELECT SUPER ENDURANCE FEATS OF 2016

SHOWN ABOVE #1 This is probably the most talked about Super Endurance Feat of 2016: The Most Non-Stop Combinations of Leg Lifts and Straight Leg Holds (2,030 leg lifts and 34 minutes of straight leg holds)

SHOWN BELOW #2 After setting and re-setting the 1 hour of pull-up world record over the past 8 years, Weber performed the most pull-ups ever in one hour (out of men and women) with 1,070 strict pull-ups in one hour.

SHOWN BELOW #3 Longest Swiss Ball Cadence Test (31 minutes)

SHOWN BELOW #4 Fastest Time to Complete 300 Thick Bar Pull-ups and run a one mile cross country run (30:46.7) The heat made this record tough…it was 100 degrees out and tough to hold onto the pull-up bar after awhile as skin came off the fingers from the heat.

SHOWN BELOW #5 She smashed the former record by 145 reps!!! The Most 90 Degree Flexed Hang Knee to Elbow Raises in 30 mionutes (620 reps)

Join Alicia Weber’s Summer Camps and Year Round Archery Program

The GOOD NEWS is that you DON’T have to attend the schools where Alicia Weber instructs archery to join the year round archery program and/or summer camps. Alicia Weber’s archery program is open to anyone from kindergarten through grade 12.

Alicia Weber’s Archery Training is about shooting to become the best you can be in archery and in life. The students have the opportunity to train under the tutelage of a Champion. Alicia Weber is a USA Archery Level 2 licensed instructor with more than a dozen archery-fitness world records and a silver medal from the 2014 Sunshine State Games for barebow archery.

Weber is recognized as the “World’s Most Prolific Female Recordsetter” and she was one of 10 selected to be in the Most Extraordinary People of Lake County, October Issue of Lake-Sumter Style Magazine. Weber is the 7th person down in Extraordinary People List. Weber has set over 20 archery fitness world records at Recordsetter and she guided archery athletes to world records too.

Alicia Weber coaches athletes in intuitive archery with use of the recurve and compound bows. She is all about building strong competitors and advancing archers without using any sighting devices.

Weber exclaimed, “We are proud to be part of this one-of-a-kind program in Central Florida where kids get the opportunity to train and compete in archery.”

Recently, her archers shot 30 arrows for score. They competed at 10 and 15 meters.
Nick Linkiewicz took first place for grades 7-8. Linkiewicz commented, “The program was very well-organized, with excellent friendly coaches, and an overall great time.”

Preston Pankalla took first place for grades 3-6. Pankalla won for the first time and exclaimed, “Cool. This is great. I am more confident now.”

Sean Pankalla added, “Since Preston started archery, I have seen an improvement in his focus and his desire to do well in competition and this spills over into his personal life. As a parent that makes me proud. This program is fantastic.”

Carolyn Pankalla mentioned, “Archery gives my son a chance to win. We are all created equal, but archery teaches us how to win.”

Ben Shuler picked up a bow and arrow for the first time in this 6-week program and he met his goals.

His mother stated, “I love archery for the fact that you have a specific target where you aim. It’s a wonderful metaphor for life because if we aren’t focusing on our God-given resources specifically, then we wander and become aimless. With the Lord guiding us, we will achieve the specific purposes that he has for us in our life.”

The parents stated, “We love the structure of the program and the hope that we see for future advancements is really exciting.”

Recently, Alicia took on a challenge that was a fan’s request to go after highly aerobic non-stop 13 minute records for the New Year 2013. Alicia performed 13 minute records covering total body fitness (arms, legs, and abs) and she has an event series where she established world records at Recordsetter. When Alicia thinks of Heart Health month, the first thing that comes to her mind will be aerobics and Dr. Kenneth Cooper – The Father Of Aerobics. In 1986, Dr. Kenneth Cooper submitted the official definition to the Oxford English Dictionary. It reads, “Method of physical exercise for producing beneficial changes in the respiratory and circulatory systems by activities which require meeting a modest increase in oxygen intake and so can be maintained.”
